What's the point of having fun if there's
nobody else to have fun with?
We love sharing the joy of robotics. We have enjoyed robotics tremendously over the years and gained so much benefit from it. It is our pleasure to extend the benefit of our experience to engage the next generation of robotics enthusiasts in this outstanding learning opportunity. We have not learned about computer programming and mechanical design, but also about creative thinking and problem solving, teamwork and collaboration, debate and presentation.
We are especially proud to be introducing robotics in Gujarat, India. We feel gratified by the impact it is making on adolescent development, all the way on the other side of the world. Please visit our section "FIRST in Gujarat, India" for more details.

We are organizing a school-wide robotics initiative at our Alma Mater, Mission San Jose Elementary (MSJE), providing intensive workshops to train all interested 4th, 5th and 6th graders (as well as coaches), organizing them into MSJE robotics teams, and providing them mentoring. Further information on upcoming programs are under the "MSJE Initiative" page of our website.
Another initiative that left us deeply touched was teaching the underprivileged girls from Bay Area Rescue Mission, which serves women and children who are experiencing crises and unfortunate transitional periods.
